Telecoms cost reduction
Most telecoms bills contain something nobody is using. We read your invoices line by line against the actual call records, find idle lines, tariffs that no longer fit and calls routed the expensive way, and give you the findings in writing.
What the work covers
Telecoms costs grow quietly. Lines get added for a project and never removed, tariffs stay on whatever was signed years ago, and calls follow a route that made sense once. Nobody is wrong, but nobody is checking either.
The audit
We take the last few months of invoices and the call detail records from your phone system, and compare what is billed with what is used: every line, every bundle, every recurring charge.
What we look for
Lines still billing for an office you left. Bundles and tariffs that no longer match how you call. Calls to mobiles that cost more than they need to because of how they are routed. Duplicated services, and charges nobody can explain.
Changing the routing
Some savings need a change to the system, not just the contract: moving analogue lines to SIP trunks, or sending calls to mobile networks through a GSM gateway with local SIM cards, so they are billed as mobile-to-mobile calls. Where that applies, we put the cost of the change next to what it saves, so you can see when it pays for itself.
What you get
A written report: what is being charged, what is being used, what the gap is worth per month, and what to do about it, in order of how much each step saves.

Questions we get asked
4 ENTRIES
Q.01 What do you need from us?
The last three months of telecoms invoices, and the call records from your phone system or an export of them. If you do not know how to get the call records out, finding them is part of the job.
Q.02 What if the bill is already right?
Then you have that in writing, and you know the next contract renewal is where to look.
Q.03 Do we have to change operator?
No. Many savings come from changing what you already have with the same operator, or from routing calls differently. Changing operator is one option on the list, not the starting point.
Q.04 Can you install what the report recommends?
Yes, if you want us to. SIP trunks, gateways and PABX changes are our own work. The report stands on its own either way.
