CRM setup and integration
We deploy and configure CRM, move your customer data into it, and connect it to the phone system, so the customer record opens on an incoming call, numbers dial from the record, and call outcomes are logged without anyone typing them.
What the work covers
A CRM is only worth having if people use it, and people use it when it saves them work. Connecting it to the phones is usually what tips that balance.
Deployment and configuration
Our usual platform is EspoCRM, an open-source CRM that can run on your own server, which keeps customer data under your control. We set it up around how you actually work: the records you keep, the stages a matter or a sale goes through, and who is allowed to see what.
Telephony integration
Screen-pop: the caller's record opens as the phone rings. Click-to-dial: numbers in the CRM dial through the PABX. Call logging: who called whom, when, for how long and what was agreed, written against the contact automatically.
Data migration
Customer data is usually spread across spreadsheets, mailboxes and an old system. We bring it into one place, de-duplicated and cleaned up, so the CRM starts with records people trust.
Other systems
Email, a collection system, a case-management system: where there is an interface, we connect it, so the same customer is not keyed into three places.

Questions we get asked
4 ENTRIES
Q.01 Which CRM do you use?
Usually EspoCRM. It is open source, so there are no per-user licence fees for the core system, and it can be hosted on your own server. If you already have a CRM, we look at whether it can be connected before suggesting a replacement.
Q.02 Can you move our data out of Excel?
Yes, that is most migrations. We map the columns, merge the duplicates, and check the result with you before anyone starts working from it.
Q.03 Will it work with our phone system?
Most IP PABX systems can be connected. We check yours first, and if it cannot be, we tell you what would need to change. See PABX & VoIP.
Q.04 Who owns the data?
You do. With a self-hosted CRM the data sits on a server you control, which also makes data-protection questions easier to answer.
